CLASS 1:

Musical Theatre Choreography Camp (ages 7-12)

Mondays April 29th- May 20th 11am-noon

In this 4-week (1 day a week) class you will learn foundational dance steps that are often seen in Musical Theatre performances. Each week we will build on a few new moves. We will also discuss and implement the importance of stretching and dancing safety as well as learn about some famous Broadway choreographers. In the last class we will put all the steps you have learned together into a short routine.

CLASS 2:

Musical Theatre Choreography Camp (ages 13-18)

Mondays April 29th- May 20th 12:15am-1:15pm

CLASS 3:

Introduction to Production Team Camp (ages 13-18)

Mondays April 29th- May 20th 1:30pm-2:30pm

In this 4-week (1 day a week) class you will learn about the important roles that happen OFF-STAGE of a play/musical. Roles may include, but not limited to: Director, Stage Manager, Set Designer, Props Designer, Costume Designer, Producer. You will get to look through scripts and videos of famous shows and discuss how each of these roles makes a show successful. We will also do a small hands-on project where each student will get to fulfill a Production Team Role and discuss how the team works together to put on a show.
